We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Pools and equipment

Steel-wall pools, the large pools and the premium set are heavy and bulky and ship on a pallet; pumps, heaters, ladders, covers and care kits ship by parcel. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings it to the nearest accessible point, not installed. Prepare a firm, level, load-bearing base (concrete pad or compacted sand) and assemble fully to the instructions; an in-ground install needs correct ground works by a competent installer. Run the pump and heater through an RCD, with fixed wiring by a qualified electrician. Secure the pool and never leave children unsupervised near it.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
