Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell premium steel-wall assembly pools — round and oval galvanised pools and complete sets — with the sand filter pumps, heat pumps, covers, safety ladders, liner-repair, water-test, cleaning and water-care kits to install and run them. The load-bearing base, the child supervision and the electrical safety needs are stated on each listing.

Water safety, the base & electrics

Water is dangerous for children — this comes first. Never leave a child unattended in or near a pool; keep constant adult supervision and secure the pool with a cover, fencing or an alarm as your local rules require. A steel-wall pool holds a huge volume of water — many tonnes — and must stand on a firm, level, load-bearing base prepared to the instructions (a concrete pad or correctly compacted sand bed), fully and correctly assembled; an inadequate base or a wrongly built wall can fail suddenly and release the water, which is extremely dangerous. A partly or fully in-ground installation needs correct excavation, bedding and backfill by a competent installer. An electric sand-filter pump or heater runs through an RCD and is connected per the instructions, with fixed wiring by a qualified electrician. Handle pool chemicals safely and never mix them. A fixed pool and its fencing can need building or planning permission — check first. CE marked where applicable.
